Our mates over at Smoking Coals whipped up this mouth watering fried chicken using our Raspberry Berliner Weisse with the seasoning!

Ingredients
1 can Wayward Raspberry Berliner Weisse
4 1/3 cups plain flour
4 teaspoons salt flakes
3 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoons onion powder
2 eggs (beaten)
1.2kgs mixed chicken pieces (thigh, leg, tenderloin, wings or breast)
Method
In one bowl place the following and mix well.
3 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons salt flakes
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne powder
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
In a second bowl beat 2 eggs and then add the following. Whisk until smooth.
1 can Wayward Raspberry Berliner Weisse
1 1/3 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
2 teaspoon salt flakes
Place chicken pieces one at a time in bowl 1, cover chicken well with this mixture. Set aside until all have been coated.
Transfer chicken pieces one at a time into bowl 2, ensure chicken pieces are well coated with this mixture.
Remove from bowl 2 and immediately place back into bowl 1 and coat for a second time, ensure chicken is covered well. Place aside on cake rack.
Repeat until all chicken pieces are coated.
Heat deep fryer to 170C.
In small batches, ensuring no pieces are touching, deep fry chicken pieces until cooked through and golden brown. (Batches can be placed on cake rack in warm oven until all chicken has been fried)
Serve immediately.
