About The Event

We’re stoked to announce our tap showcase with the legends at Sailors Grave Brewing!

Sailors Grave Brewing is a farmhouse brewery located on the banks of the Snowy River in a 100yr old butter factory in the township of Orbost East Gippsland. Their hand crafted, artisanal beers explore an ever changing selection of styles with a diverse array of farmed and foraged ingredients.

With four tasty drops being tapped from Friday 4 March, we’ll be pouring these until the kegs run dry.

Law of the Tongue - Oyster Stout - 5.8% Brewed with Wapengo Rocks organic oysters, roasty with hints of minerality from the oysters. Named after Old Tom, a famous killer whale from the sapphire coast.

Dark Emu - Dark Lager - 5% Brewed with the addition of mamadyang ngalluk & burru ngalluk grass seeds from the far east river harvested by Yuin people on the banks of the Wallagaraugh River.

Sake Kasu - Nashi Pear & Shincha Tea Sour - 5% A pale sour beer fermented on 100% Sake Kasu (lees) and finished with Persimmon fruit from Hazeldeam Forest Farm.

Peach Melba Pavlova Cream Sour - 4.8% Just a milk cream sour brewed with peaches, raspberries, vanilla & lactose in honour of two summer desserts that are in honour of two cultural icons. Light as a billowy cloud - an all singing, all dancing.
